Overview

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the original claimant files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there is a repeat occurrence.
